Creating from the In-Between

I believe we aren’t defined by our stories, but by how we transform them.

My creative path has never been a straight line — it began in my grandmother’s painting studio and evolved through years as a photographer and interior designer. But it was in my early 30s that my world truly shifted; I was navigating the expansive threshold of new motherhood while simultaneously facing the sudden, quiet reality of a brain tumour & subsequent surgery. Those two seasons, though opposites, became my most profound teachers. They stripped away the noise and left me with a fierce clarity: that growth doesn’t have to be loud to be powerful.

Today, from my studio at Studio & Co., I create from the spaces found within life’s beautiful chaos — a ritual of mixed mediums that balances the discipline of the graphite line with the wild flow of pigment.

My work is an invitation to the seekers & the brave to find a grounded centre here, embracing our perfectly imperfect humanness, one delicate layer at a time.

I also write about my process here {Notes from the Studio}.

~ Thank you for being here and for sharing in this unfolding with me. It truly means a lot.
